So I’ve beaten another Spider-Man game. This one was also an addiction for a few weeks. The improved swinging physics and gliding abilities got me hooked on zipping around the bigger NYC map and grabbing collectibles along the way.

Here are some of my favorite screenshots from the journey. Some of the images are spoilers.

I spent a lot of the game keeping these two in their matching caped costumes hoping to catch them in a cutscene together.

There’s genuinely shocking POV shift when Venom first shows up. Super fun!

At first I was skeptical of Kraven as an overarching big baddie against two Spider-Mans. Spiders-Man. Spidermen? Do you hyphenate Spider-Men? I don’t know. In any case, Kraven was fantastic. If you take out all the Hunter blinds and follow that questline you get a lot of his backstory.

I’m not going to spoil anything, but ultimately I really enjoyed his arc.

Now I’m on to Death Stranding 2 (finally) while I wait for the inevitable Spider-Man 3.
